Officer Procurement

About the role PT Cipta Krida Bahari is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Officer Procurement to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Surabaya, East Java . As Officer Procurement, you will play a crucial role in our procurement and supply chain operations, ensuring that we source materials and services efficiently whilst maintaining quality standards and cost-effectiveness. This position is integral to supporting our manufacturing, transportation and logistics operations and directly contributes to the success of our business objectives.

Key responsibilities Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiating favourable terms and conditions to secure the best value for money Prepare and issue purchase orders, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with company policies

Monitor supplier performance and maintain relationships with key vendors to ensure consistent service delivery Track inventory levels and work with operations teams to ensure adequate stock of materials and supplies Process purchase requisitions and coordinate with relevant departments to fulfil their procurement needs

Conduct market research and analyse pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities Maintain procurement records and databases, ensuring all documentation is organised and accessible Liaise with finance and operations teams to ensure procurement activities align with budget constraints and operational requirements

Assist in developing and implementing procurement policies and procedures Handle expediting of orders and resolve any issues related to delivery or quality of goods What we're looking
