Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a PPIC Manager or Supply Chain Manager in FMCG Food & Beverage Manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end Supply Chain and PPIC processes
• Experience handling demand fluctuations, imported materials, high MOQ, shelf-life products, inventory optimization, and OOS management
• Proficient in ERP systems and data analysis tools
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability and continuing desire to work under pressure, and aggressively attack tight deadlines
• A natural affiliation with a fast paced environment
• Willing to be placed at Driyorejo, Gresik, East Java

Tanggung Jawab

• Lead end-to-end PPIC operations, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Planning
• Develop and manage accurate forecasting and Master Production Scheduling (MPS)
• Optimize inventory performance through effective management of Safety Stock, MOQ, Reorder Point, DOH, and slow-moving inventory
• Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process across departments
• Drive capacity planning and resource optimization to support business growth
• Implement Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Improve service levels, operational efficiency, productivity, and Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM)
