Branch Manager SME Surabaya

Responsibilities Responsible for achieving the branch's profitability targets. Build and maintain a predetermined regional network, including generating leads for partnerships and SME financing, qualifying leads, and retaining and expanding existing relationships.

Identify business opportunities and develop promotional activities to increase sales. Assume a leadership role, monitor daily activities, provide go-to-market strategies, and ensure their execution. Regularly evaluate the performance of all sales, credit, and collection activities.

Requirements A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) or Commercial Banking, specifically in branch management. Demonstrated experience in managing supply chain business operations is highly desirable and will be considered an advantage.

Proven expertise in overseeing and managing sales, credit, and collection functions within a banking environment. Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams. Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards in all professional dealings.

Extensive and well-established network within the region.
