1. Lead and manage end-to-end production operations to achieve productivity targets, safety, quality, delivery 2. Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to achieve business objectives. Qualifications 1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field. 2. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Production Manager in the automotive manufacturing industry or a similar manufacturing environment. 3. Proven knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and quality management systems (IATF dan ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001). 4. Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills. 5. Results-oriented with people management skills.
