Responsible for planning and monitoring production schedules to ensure the efficient flow of materials and finished goods.
Tanggung jawab: Create work plans for production, and warehouse; Analyze production plans by calculating demand data, production capacity, delivery planning, warehouse capacity, and other things that have a significant impact to ensure production runs on time and in accordance with demand accurately; Evaluate, review and establish process standards in the PPIC department so that operations run well and appropriately.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree (D3/S1) in any discipline; Minimum 3 years of experience in Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) , including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role; Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities; Proficient in SAP or other ERP systems; Strong knowledge of production planning, demand planning, inventory management, and material planning; Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment; Willing to be based in Mojokerto, East Java.
