You have minimum 3 years in footwear manufacturing and Quality Management (Industrial Engineering/Footwear/Production). You're passionate about sports. Ideally, you have already your first successful experience in an industrial environment.

Strong team spirit. Strong leadership skills. Concrete, organized, and autonomous.

You like to be in the plant regularly to support and challenge suppliers. You are interested in an international environment and speak English fluently. You are willing to work on-site, and staying in Madiun.

Your Mission I support my team and its industrial partners in their projects toward operational excellence. I improve the current process using different problem-solving tools and methodologies.
