Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• Strong communication skills
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Experience in the Food & Beverage industry is an advantage
• Proficient in both written and spoken English

Tanggung Jawab

• Plan and execute procurement activities in compliance with company policies and government regulations for the assigned material categories, ensuring the right quantity is purchased at the right time and at the most competitive price
• Evaluate and select the most suitable vendors for the assigned material categories based on quality, price, and service. Where applicable, negotiate to obtain the required warranties and contractual terms
• Ensure that ordered goods and services are delivered according to the requested delivery schedule
• Provide recommendations to the Procurement Supervisor on areas for improvement that can create added value, including—but not limited to—business process simplification and optimization
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management in the best interest of the company
