Tanggung Jawab

• Promote and sell the company’s products through phone calls, emails, and direct customer visits (Private and Government sectors) Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and developing new potential clients
• Identify new business opportunities and actively generate sales leads
• Conduct product presentations, meetings, and demonstrations to prospective clients
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
• Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, and provide after-sales support
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in sales (preferably in scientific/laboratory products)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Willing to travel for customer visits
• Basic understanding of laboratory equipment or scientific products is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Preferably holds a valid driving license (SIM A) and able to drive
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta, Semarang, or Surabaya
