STC is a company focused on digital ecosystems, particularly in logistics and operational workflows. This role is responsible for taking full ownership of the product design process, transforming complex operational requirements into intuitive, scalable, and user-friendly experiences.
The Senior UI/UX Designer will lead design systems from scratch and collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams. The position involves end-to-end design responsibilities, from initial user research and problem discovery to prototyping and final implementation, while mentoring junior designers and establishing design standards for the company.
Kualifikasi
- 4+ years of experience in UI/UX, Product Design, or related roles
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design, especially for SaaS, B2B, enterprise, or operational products
- Strong understanding of UX research, information architecture, user flows, interaction design, and visual design
- Experienced in Figma and design systems
Tanggung Jawab
- Own the UX/UI design process from user research, problem discovery, user flows, wireframes, prototyping, to final design
- Translate complex business and operational requirements into simple, intuitive, and scalable user experiences
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Business/Operations teams
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation
- Design and maintain design systems, UI patterns, and product standards
- Lead design discussions and provide UX/UI recommendations
- Review and improve existing product experiences based on feedback and data
- Support and mentor junior designers
