• Provide technical and commercial support to assist the Sales team in securing project approvals
• Maintain an up-to-date database of key construction projects and architectural firms within the assigned territory
• Build and nurture strong relationships with consultants, architects, designers, and specifiers to influence project specifications
• Conduct technical and commercial training sessions and seminars to enhance brand visibility and support channel sales through the architectural network
• Identify and map high-potential projects within the assigned country
• Monitor trends in the construction and coatings industry, using insights to promote solutions and concepts aimed at driving market growth
• Collaborate with the Sales team to achieve targets by securing specifications and sharing timely project updates to support successful deal closures
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts through regular visits, presentations, and participation in industry seminars
• Organize regular meetings with leading architects, consultants, and project owners to present the company’s offerings, highlighting technical performance and key features
