Posisi ini berfokus pada peran konseling dan pemberian saran kepada klien, khususnya para pelajar, dalam memilih destinasi studi di luar negeri yang paling sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan aspirasi mereka. Perusahaan mencari individu yang tidak hanya bersemangat dalam bidang pendidikan dan interaksi sosial, tetapi juga memiliki orientasi kuat terhadap penjualan dan pelayanan. Peran ini menuntut kemampuan komunikasi yang sangat baik dalam bahasa Inggris, ketahanan mental yang tinggi, serta kebiasaan kerja yang cerdas dan terorganisir untuk mencapai target rekrutmen pelajar yang telah ditetapkan.
Tanggung jawab: Advise and assist clients (students) in choosing a suitable overseas study destination; Provide assistance and advice on accurate information in all aspects both educational and non-educational, includes the institutions, the course, the destination, study and social life, transportation, accommodation, etc; Involved in promotions, campaign and special event activities such as company's exhibition or school expo; Achieve student recruitment target (selling our services).
Kualifikasi: Minimum Bachelor Degree; Strong passion in Sales and Services; Minimum has one year of experience in sales; A good command in English both verbal and written is a must; Computer (Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel) and Internet literate; Smartworking and outgoing personality; A resilient person; Strong passion in education field and dealing with people.
