Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field
• 0–1 year of experience in end-to-end, quality-focused recruitment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Comfortable working with targets and deadlines
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms) or Microsoft Office

Tanggung Jawab

• Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates
• Screening, interviewing, and assessing potential candidates to ensure they meet the role's requirements
• Collaborating with hiring managers and each user to understand their staffing needs and requirements
• Coordinating the entire recruitment process, from posting job ads to making job offers
• Maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates and proactively reaching out to passive job seekers
• Providing guidance and support to new hires during the onboarding process
• Monitoring and reporting on key recruitment metrics to optimize the process
