A. Key Responsibilities Maintenance Planning & Strategy Develop, implement, and optimize short-term and long-term Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) schedules for both mechanical and electrical assets

Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) on equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA). Plan spare parts requirements, maintain critical spare inventories, and create technical bills of materials (BOM). Prepare detailed job plans, work orders, time estimates, and resource allocations for routine maintenance and plant overhauls.

Mechanical & Electrical Operations Oversee troubleshooting, repair, and modification of mechanical equipment (pumps, gearboxes, pneumatic/hydraulic systems, power transmission, drive systems) Supervise low-voltage electrical systems, switchgears, PLCs, motor control centers (MCC), transformers, and instrumentation.

Ensure integration between mechanical components and electrical control systems for seamless automation and machinery performance. 3. Leadership & Team Management Lead, supervise, and assign daily tasks to a team of mechanical and electrical technicians.
