As a Technician at PT Sentral Laharindo Servis , you will play a key role in supporting our customers by providing technical expertise, inspection services, and engineering solutions. This is a full-time position where you will work both independently and collaboratively with our sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Preferebly Vocational High School (STM/SMK) graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Technical major
- At least 2 years of experience in technical field
- Passionate about engineering work, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Good communication skills, humble, and a strong team player
- Possess a valid SIM A (Driving License)
- Proficiency in English is an advantage
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform technical service activities
- Provide after-sales support and troubleshooting for customers
- Offer technical advice and application guidance for products and solutions
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance when required
- Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation
- Deliver technical training or product presentations to customers
- Support the sales and service teams with engineering expertise
- Maintain strong and professional relationships with end users and partners
