Deskripsi pekerjaan
Posisi Construction Superintendent bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola aktivitas konstruksi harian dan melakukan koordinasi dengan kontraktor maupun subkontraktor. Peran ini mencakup pemantauan progres proyek, urutan kerja, kualitas, serta kepatuhan terhadap standar HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment). Selain itu, posisi ini bertugas mengoordinasikan tim multidisiplin yang mencakup bidang sipil, MEP, utilitas, teknik, dan peralatan. Superintendent juga berperan dalam mengidentifikasi serta menyelesaikan kendala di lapangan, memimpin rapat koordinasi situs, menyusun laporan progres, serta mendukung proses inspeksi, pengujian, dan serah terima proyek.
Tanggung jawab: Manage daily construction activities and coordinate contractors/subcontractors; Monitor project progress, work sequencing, quality, and HSE compliance; Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including Civil, MEP, Utilities, Engineering, and Equipment; Identify and resolve site issues, risks, and construction constraints; Lead site coordination meetings and prepare regular progress reports; Support inspections, testing, punch-list closure, and project handover.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; Minimum 10 years of construction/site management experience; Experience in industrial, manufacturing, infrastructure, or large-scale construction projects; Strong experience in contractor management and multidisciplinary site coordination; Good leadership, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
