Deskripsi pekerjaan
Posisi Electrical Engineer bertanggung jawab penuh untuk memastikan pengoperasian seluruh peralatan kelistrikan dan otomasi berjalan secara aman, handal, serta efisien. Anda akan bertugas menjalankan kegiatan perawatan preventif (Preventive Maintenance) maupun pemeliharaan berkala tahunan, serta menangani perbaikan atas gangguan pada sistem kelistrikan dan otomasi pabrik. Peran ini juga mencakup pemeliharaan dan troubleshooting sistem PLC, DCS, SCADA, dan VFD secara mendalam. Anda diharapkan mampu mengidentifikasi peluang peningkatan keandalan mesin, mematuhi standar HSE, 5S, serta ISO 9001, dan berkolaborasi erat bersama tim Produksi maupun Pemeliharaan untuk mendukung perbaikan berkelanjutan di lingkungan manufaktur.
Tanggung jawab: Ensure safe and reliable operation of electrical and automation equipment; Execute Preventive Maintenance (PM) and annual maintenance activities; Troubleshoot electrical and automation equipment breakdowns; Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of PLC, DCS, SCADA, and VFD systems; Identify improvement opportunities to improve equipment efficiency and reliability; Ensure compliance with HSE, 5S, and ISO 9001 requirements; Support continuous improvement and collaborate with Production and Maintenance teams.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field; 3–5 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in a continuous production/ manufacturing environment; Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in electrical systems, PLC, DCS, SCADA, and VFD; Proven experience in PLC and SCADA programming; Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills; Good communication, leadership, teamwork, and coordination skills.
