Posisi ERP Functional Analyst memegang peranan penting dalam memimpin analisis dan implementasi sistem ERP perusahaan. Tugas utama Anda mencakup optimalisasi proses bisnis end-to-end, pemetaan kebutuhan pengguna, serta mengarahkan integrasi sistem guna mendukung efisiensi operasional secara keseluruhan.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or a related field; Minimum 7 years of experience in ERP Functional Analysis, ERP Business Analysis, System Analysis, ERP Implementation, or related roles; Minimum 3 years of experience at Senior Supervisor or managerial level; Strong understanding of end-to-end ERP business processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Inventory/Warehouse Management, Manufacturing, Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Finance; Experienced in gathering business requirements, mapping business processes, and translating user needs into functional and system requirements; Familiar with ERP configuration, system integration, API concepts, and database structures; Hands-on experience with SQL queries for data analysis, reconciliation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis; Experienced in ERP implementation or enhancement projects, including requirement analysis, fit-gap analysis, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and go-live; Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills; Experience with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle, NetSuite, Odoo, Accurate, or other ERP platforms is an advantage; Willing to work on-site in Malang, East Java, and open to placement in West Jakarta, depending on business requirements.

- Willing to work on-site in Malang, East Java, and open to placement in West Jakarta, depending on business requirements
