Kualifikasi

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Managemen, Logistics, Internasional Business, Industrial Engineering or related field, certified as professional in sourcing & procurement is preferred
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Minimum 7-8 years of experience in handling Import/Procurement/Supply Chain of raw materials within the food industry (FMCG experience is an advantage)
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (both spoken and written)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for data monitoring and reporting)
• Strong understanding of import regulations and logistic processes
• Able to work under deadlines and pressure, honest, accurate, and detail-oriented
• Proactive in problem solving and risk monitoring
• Willing to be placed in Surabaya

Tanggung Jawab

• Conduct market analysis, price benchmarking and supplier risk assessment
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for food ingredients and raw materials from Overseas suppliers
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to improve cost competitiveness and Supply reliability
• Maintain strong partnerships with key suppliers and continously explore new sourcing opportunities
• Monitor pricing payment terms, and Supply agreements with suppliers
• Ensure compliance with import regulations, customs requirements, and company management system standars
• Monitor shipment schedules and proactively resolve Supply disruptions
• Negotiate pricing payment terms, and Supply agreements with suppliers
• Track procurement KPIs, including cost savings, supplier Performance, and delivery reliability
