SAP Manufacturing Specialist - Contractual Based Serang/Pasuruan Region

Job Purpose and Impact The SAP Manufacturing Specialist will be responsible for the structure of information to control SAP deployment within the production process across the plants. In this role, you will monitor SAP progress activities including technical requirements to facilitate better decision making across the location. Key Accountabilities

Analyze manufacturing business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. Active participation in SAP projects, upgrades, rollouts, and enhancement initiatives. Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Supply chain, Quality and IT teams to understand business needs and priorities

Analyze additional indicators to ensure accurate information and enable efficient follow up. Identify process failures (functional testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)) and notify the appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner. Generate daily reports to provide structuring information related to the production process.

Follow up on environment, health and security activities for plant partners. Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff. Other duties as assigned
