Perusahaan membuka kesempatan bagi profesional berpengalaman untuk mengisi posisi General Manager yang bertugas memimpin keseluruhan operasional bisnis secara menyeluruh. Peran ini menuntut kemampuan kepemimpinan yang kuat dalam mendorong pertumbuhan dan pengembangan bisnis, serta memastikan tercapainya target perusahaan dan tingkat profitabilitas yang optimal. Dalam ruang lingkup tanggung jawabnya, General Manager akan memimpin dan mengawasi jalannya operasional bisnis dari hulu ke hilir, mengembangkan serta mengeksekusi strategi bisnis untuk pertumbuhan yang berkelanjutan, serta mengidentifikasi peluang ekspansi baru. Posisi ini juga bertanggung jawab penuh terhadap kinerja finansial termasuk P&L, perolehan pendapatan, pencapaian KPI, serta mengarahkan tim lintas fungsi guna mencapai keunggulan operasional dan efisiensi biaya.
Tanggung jawab: Lead and oversee end-to-end business operations to achieve company targets and objectives; Develop and execute business strategies to drive sustainable growth and profitability; Identify and develop new business opportunities to support business expansion; Take overall responsibility for business performance, revenue, profitability, P&L, and KPI achievement; Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of business strategies and operational excellence; Plan, manage, and oversee projects from planning through execution and completion , ensuring targets are met; Drive productivity, cost efficiency, quality improvement, and continuous improvement across the organization; Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, business partners, and clients , while providing strategic insights and recommendations to top management.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business or related field; Minimum 10–15 years of professional experience , with at least 5 years in a managerial/senior leadership position; Proven experience in managing end-to-end business operations , driving business development , and identifying opportunities for business growth; Experience in manufacturing, furniture, consumer goods, retail, or related industries is preferred; Strong understanding of business strategy, P&L, budgeting, cost control, KPI, and operational excellence; Experience in managing and handling projects from planning to execution and completion; Strong leadership, strategic thinking, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills; Demonstrated track record in achieving business growth, profitability, and operational efficiency; Willing to travel as required; Key Responsibilities.
