PT Dream Dare Discover (ZUMA) is a fast-growing Indonesian lifestyle slippers brand known for its bold identity and comfort. With over 50 retail stores nationwide and expanding digital channels, ZUMA is entering a new growth phase. The Operations Manager will act as the engine behind retail excellence, ensuring stores run efficiently and consistently. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on scaling multi-store operations, utilizing data to drive performance, and building systems that enhance profitability and customer experience.
Tanggung jawab: Ensure all stores operate efficiently, profitably, and in line with company SOPs; Monitor key retail KPIs: Sales, Conversion, ATV, UPT, Traffic, Shrinkage, Productivity, and Stock Availability; Oversee manpower planning, staff scheduling, store facilities, inventory flow, and operational budgets; Ensure smooth execution of store opening/closing, cash handling, stock opname, and store administration; Lead operational readiness for new store openings, relocations, and renovations; Develop and execute operational strategies and improvement initiatives; Identify opportunities for efficiency, cost control, and workflow optimization.
